Welcome to College Karo ("App", "Platform", "We", "Our", or "Us"). By downloading, installing, or using this mobile application, you ("User", "Student", "Parent", or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

🔍2. Nature of Service

College Karo is an independent educational discovery platform and admission facilitator. We are not a teaching institution, university, or college. Our platform helps students:

Discover and compare UGC/AICTE/BCI-approved colleges and universities
Explore course options, eligibility criteria, and fee structures
Connect with expert career counselors for admission guidance
Get Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme Help & Guidance

We are a facilitator only. We do not guarantee admission, results, or placement.

💰3. Fees & Payment Policy

Zero Counselling Fees: Our career counselling and admission guidance services are completely FREE for students.
Direct University Payments: All college/university fees are paid directly to the official university accounts. College Karo does NOT collect any tuition fee on behalf of any institution.
Facilitation Charges: College Karo may receive a referral/consulting fee directly from partner universities for successful admissions — this does NOT affect the student's fee payable to the university.

🔒4. Data & Privacy

Your personal data (name, phone, email) is used solely for admission guidance and counselling.
We do NOT upload or store your academic documents (marksheets, certificates) on our servers.
Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws (DPDP Act, 2023).
You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

📚5. Information Accuracy

While we strive to keep all information accurate and up-to-date, fee structures, course availability, and admission criteria may change without prior notice. Students are advised to:

Verify all details directly with the official university
Check official UGC/AICTE portals for regulatory compliance
Consult our counselors for the most current admission requirements

🏦6. Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme Help & Guidance

We provide Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme Help & Guidance to eligible students.

(Note: The entire process is conducted by the DRCC department of the Government of Bihar.)

🌐8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Sherghati, Gaya — 824211, Bihar, India.
